Without sponsorship many of the community events around the world would no longer exist. Without the backing of our local community members this Halloween Family Bash event would also not exist.

We cannot express how important each sponsor is to this event. We have reached out to both small and large businesses to help contribute to the costs and supplies that will be needed to make this happen. With a tough economy and small budget it becomes very difficult to commit to being a sponsor but we believe that it doesn’t have to break you in order to give back.

This community driven event will rely heavily on sponsorships and contributions both large and small. We are accepting donations in-kind (supplies, materials and services) and monetary (of any amount) which can be either dropped off in person at the Bangor YMCA or mailed to MARTiAL YOU at the address shown in the sponsorships section. Those who wish to be included in our marketing, event page, and have a tombstone displayed during the event on October 27th 2013, may choose from five basic levels of sponsorship which are outlined below.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

What we are doing to help acknowledge those important people and companies who contribute, is to create an advertisement tombstone made of cardboard or styrofoam that will be placed near the activities covered by the sponsorship. This is a good way to advertise and also keep the Halloween theme consistent. We will also be acknowledging sponsors right here on the MARTiAL YOU website and in our marketing materials when we can.

The last day to get a sponsor tombstone made is Friday October 18th 2013. Don't worry though! We will still be acknowledging those sponsors whos donations are not received by the deadline. You can still sponsor the event at any time.

• Washable Water Based Hypoallergenic Face Paints – 20oz of Orange, Black, Green, Red, Yellow, Blue
• Balloons – Large White Balloons to be used for Ghost Making – 600+ Pieces
• Helium Tank for Balloon Filling – Capable of filling 600 large balloons
• White Tissue Paper – To Be used for Ghost Making
• White Light Netting Material – To Be used for Ghost Making
• Glow Sticks – To Be Handed Out To All Children Who Attend – 600+ Pieces

• 2” Dense Styrofoam in Large Sheets – To Be used for Tombstones, bricks, and walls etc.
  
• Drylock – Concrete Sealer for use in tombstone making and other foam props – 5 Gallons+
• 1" x 12" No.2 Pine boards to be cut and used in the martial arts demo 50+ Feet of length cut into 12" and 8" widths
• 8" x 16" x 2" cement patio blocks to be used in the martial arts demo (will be broken and then re-donated)
• Cardboard – Large Boxes or Sheets to be used for prop making
• Corn Stalks
• Light and Heavy Mesh Netting
• Large Drop Cloths White/Clear or Black
• White Sheets – To Be Used For Partitioning Walls and Separators
