Without sponsorship many of the community events around the world would no longer exist. Without the backing of our local community members this Halloween Family Bash event would also not exist either.
We cannot express how important each sponsor is to this event. We have reached out to both small and large businesses to help contribute to the costs and supplies that will be needed to make this happen. With a tough economy and small budget it becomes very difficult to commit to being a sponsor but we believe that it doesn’t have to break you in order to give back.
This community driven and run event will rely heavily on sponsorship and contributions both small and large. We are accepting donations from individuals and businesses alike to help pay for supplies and materials.
If you wish to sponsor an activity or make a contribution to our community event please download and fill out the Sponsor Commitment Form and either personally drop it off at the YMCA (17 Second Street Bangor) or send it in to one of the addresses located on the form.
We are accepting direct General Donation by check/money order or In Kind donation (Supplies, Materials, Goods or Services). You may also donate directly by clicking the donate button in the upper right corner of your screen. Please note your donation is for the 2012 Halloween Family Bash.
Sponsorship Levels:
What we are doing to help acknowledge those important people and companies who contribute to make this community event a success, is to create an advertisement tombstone made of cardboard or styrofoam that will be placed near the activities covered by the sponsorship. This is a good way to advertise and also keep the Halloween theme consistent.
There are 4 levels of sponsorship for this particular event and they are as follows:
Level 1

This sponsorship level will spawn the creation of a 15" high advertisement tombstone for your name or the name of your company to be displayed within the event space. |
